1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from the MySafe Retail store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or place an order.

2. Products & Specifications

Product descriptions and specifications are based on information published by the manufacturer or supplier. We take care to keep them accurate, but images are for illustration and minor variations may occur. If you need confirmation of a particular specification before ordering, contact our team.

3. Warranty

Safes are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by model and are available from our team on request. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation or unauthorised modification.

4. Pricing & Currency

Prices can be displayed in AED or USD for convenience. All online payments are processed and charged in UAE Dirhams (AED), and the exact amount is shown before you pay. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Gold product prices are set with reference to the gold market and may be updated as the market moves; the price charged is the one shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

5. Orders & Payment

An order placed through the store is an offer to purchase. Payments are processed securely by CC Avenue, our licensed payment gateway. Card details are entered on CC Avenue's secure payment page and are never seen or stored by MySafe Retail. Your order is confirmed once your payment has been successfully authorised, and a receipt is sent to the email address you provide. Acceptance of the order occurs when we dispatch your item.

• Payment is taken in full at checkout, before an order is processed
• Orders whose payment is not completed are not processed
• Orders are subject to availability and authentication
• High-value orders may require additional identity verification
• We may decline or cancel an order where fraud is suspected

6. Cancellations & Refunds

If we are unable to fulfil an order — for example because of availability or a pricing error — we will cancel it and refund the full amount paid to the original payment method. Refunds are issued only to the card used for the purchase and can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank. To request a cancellation before dispatch, contact our team with your order reference.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered by courier across the UAE and internationally. Shipping is currently free on all orders; any change to this will be shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery timing is confirmed by our team after your order, and any estimate given is guidance only. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns

If there is a problem with your order or you would like to return an item, contact our team with your order reference and we will discuss the options with you. Where a return is agreed, the item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all documents supplied. Refunds, where agreed, are made to the original payment method.

9. MySafe Mini Ownership

MySafe Mini units are available under a White Label (outright purchase) or Revenue Share model. White Label buyers own and operate the unit independently. Revenue Share units are owned, operated and maintained by MySafe, with the host earning an agreed share of monthly rental revenue. Availability of each model varies by market.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySafe Retail's liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of our Dubai Airport Freezone headquarters. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
